Logline

Doudou gradually realizes that her feelings for her best friend, He Mo, have evolved from friendship to something more. However, tragedy unfolds when Doudou's parents discover this revelation.

Artistic Statement

This story is inspired by the enigmatic nature of love experienced by young adults as they enter puberty. At this stage of self-discovery, they grapple with the complexities of love while lacking a complete understanding, influenced by societal expectations. The narrative revolves around teenagers navigating the realms of love, family traditions, breaking taboos related to same-sex love, and the yearning for a carefree lifestyle. 

创作缘由来源于在进入青春期后，少女对于情感的朦胧认知与困惑，还处在自我探索的阶段。整个作品的主题是关于青少年对于感情的摸索，传统的家庭观念，同性之间的爱情是存在的，不是什么不可谈及的问题；以及她们对于无忧无虑日子的渴望。
